Palm Roof
The roof of the Cabaña, the rancho and some bungalows have been built by locals, using a unique technique of plaiting the palm.

The palm acts as a shield against the sun, rain and wind. It keeps the buildings fresh and cool.
We have chosen pillars made out of senile trees to hold the roof of the rancho. It brings a natural atmosphere to the place while conserving the natural beauty of our forest.
The mobile in the foreground was made by one of our guest. It is made of local shells. |
